1. What CX3Swap Is

CX3Swap is a website that helps you interact with smart contracts on the Sepolia network: a CX3 / ETH liquidity pool and its router. CX3 is used there as wCX3, the 1:1 wrapped form of the CX3 coin. The website is an interface only; the swaps and liquidity changes happen in the smart contracts.

2. Non-Custodial Service

We never hold your crypto-assets, private keys or recovery phrases, and we never send transactions for you. You connect your own wallet and sign every transaction yourself. A confirmed transaction on the blockchain cannot be reversed, cancelled or refunded by us.

3. No Advice, No Sale

Nothing on CX3Swap is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. CX3Swap does not sell CX3 or any other crypto-asset, does not set prices and does not act as a broker or exchange. Prices come only from the pool formula and the liquidity in the pool.

4. Eligibility

You may not use CX3Swap if you are located in a region where it is not offered, if you are on a sanctions list, or if using it would break the law that applies to you. We may restrict access from certain regions and refuse wallets found on sanctions lists.

5. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for the security of your wallet, for checking every transaction before you sign it, for the network fees you pay, and for any tax and legal duties that apply to you.

6. Smart Contracts

The pool and router contracts are immutable: they have no owner, no upgrade path and no fee switch. They are provided as they are, without warranty. Read the Risk Disclosure before you use them.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that result from your transactions, from the smart contracts, from your wallet or from the blockchain network.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version date is shown at the top; when it changes, CX3Swap asks you to accept the new version.
