Smart Contract Risk
The contracts may contain errors. Because they are immutable, an error cannot be fixed in place, and funds in the pool could be lost.
Price Impact And Slippage
Every swap moves the pool price. Large swaps in a small pool get a worse price. The minimum you receive is protected by your slippage setting; if the price moves further, the transaction fails and you still pay the network fee.
Liquidity Provider Risk
When you add liquidity, your share changes with every swap. If the CX3 / ETH price moves, you can end up with less value than if you had kept the assets (impermanent loss). Fees earned may not cover this.
Wrapped CX3 Risk
wCX3 represents CX3 locked on the CX3 chain. Its value depends on the bridge that locks and releases CX3. A bridge failure could make wCX3 worth less than CX3.
Front-Running
Public blockchain transactions can be seen before they are confirmed. Others may trade ahead of you; your slippage setting limits the damage.
Final Transactions
Confirmed transactions cannot be reversed. Sending to a wrong address or signing a wrong transaction cannot be undone.
No Protection Scheme
Crypto-assets are not covered by deposit guarantee or investor compensation schemes.
Regulatory Risk
Laws on crypto-assets change. A change could limit or end the availability of CX3Swap in your region.
